Set a job once — daily, weekly, whenever — and it shows up for the right kid. They tap "I did it". You get it in your approval queue, approve two at a time, and the money moves.
Pocket money that's honest
A real ledger per kid: earned, spent, withdrawn to cash, plus a little interest if you're that kind of parent. Every line has a date and a note, so "where did my $8 go" has an answer.

A buddy they made themselves
Every kid builds a little creature — colour, ears, eyes, silly mouth. It's how pre-readers find their own space in the app, and it's the first thing they'll want to show you.
Brain Bucks — earn it with your head
Short quizzes in maths, spelling and topics you choose. Questions they get wrong come back sooner; ones they've nailed fade away. Pass and it pays into the same wallet — with daily and weekly caps you set, so nobody quizzes their way to $40.

Morning and bedtime, on autopilot
Routines are the unpaid list: teeth, shoes, reader in the bag. Give one a time window and it appears when it matters and quietly disappears when it's over. Keep it up day after day and the streak counts itself.
Kiosk mode
Stick a tablet on the bench and let them run it
Kiosk mode turns any old tablet into the family's chore station. Big buttons, pictures instead of words, and no way out without your passcode — so a four-year-old can tick off "fed the cat" without touching your settings.
- Made for pre-readers. Every action is a picture on a 64px target.
- A proper celebration. Job done fills the screen for three seconds.
- Locked to the kids' side. Balances are read-only; earnings sit as "waiting for a grown-up" until you approve.

Add your kids
Name, age, and ten seconds building a buddy. Invite your co-parent so you're both looking at the same list.
Write down the jobs
The ones you're already nagging about. Pick how often, pick what it's worth — 50c is plenty.
Tick things off
They log it, you approve it in one tap on the way to work. Pay out in cash whenever suits.
Fair questions
Is there real money in it?
No. Pip is a ledger, not a bank — no cards, no transfers, no linking your account. You settle up in cash and mark it in the app.
Do the kids need logins?
Never. They tap their buddy on the family tablet. No email, no password, no account of their own.
Can they fake a chore?
They can log it, but nothing lands in the balance until a grown-up approves. Rejecting is one tap and doesn't make a scene.
What does it cost?
Free while we're in beta, for as many kids as you've got. When we do charge it'll be one small price per family — never per child.
